DON'T WORRY!!! Puppies always go through the "bad hair" stage! Mia had the worse, she lost practically all the hair on her chest before it grew back into a beautiful healthy coat. I also use Chris Christenson system products which I think really changed her hair from matted and cottony to silky and really shiny! I use the day-to-day shampoo and conditioner and I spray the Ice-on-Ice leave-in before brushing her.
