 breeding - need help
Hi Everyone!
I am in the Richmond, Va area. I own a purebred CKC registered yorkie boy.
He is 10 months old and weighs 15 pounds. No, he is not overweight - just big bones.....big everything.
I am trying to decide if I should breed him because of his size. Of course I will need to find a "big yorkie girl" in order for them to be able to breed together.
I spoke with my vet about breeding him....he thinks I will have a difficult time finding a girl that will be able to breed with him. He also thinks I will have a difficult time - no one wants a large yorkie....only little bitty.
I really want to breed Bailey...he is beautiful...athletic, funny, good personality, gentle....etc.....
Should I give up the idea of breeding Bailey? |
