Just heard on the noon news that a couple was investigated for keeping a couple of puppies in bad conditions. When investigators checked, the people said they only had 2 dogs, but upon further investigation found more than 2 doz. puppies, mostly Chihuahua's in cages stacked 3 high and made of chicken wire and in horrible conditions. They are up for adoption at the Johnson County Humane Soc. in Indiana.
