I have been plucking the hair from my kids ears (all 3 of them) at grooming time since they were little. They just lay there and let me do it. Not once have they acted at all like it was hurting them. I use a rounded rubber tip tweezers for the deeper hairs and my fingers with alittle ear powder for the longs ones. Trick is pluck FAST. My vet told me it should be done.
