Oliver's going to be 2 in November, and we used to have the same problem. We followed the advise of the yt'rs, and we don't greet him when we come in the door anymore. We basically, walk in, and walk past him. He'll run around for a minute, but then settles down, and we greet him then. Before, when we used to greet him right away (because he's so excited to see us when we come in), he would just pee all over our feet, the floor, the carpet, etc. It was terrible. We didn't know what to do. It had to stop. So, like I said, we got the advise from posts here on yt, and now we walk in, walk past him, until he settles down, and that usually works, about 95% of the time. There are accidents sometimes, but for the most part, this method has worked for us. Good Luck! Hope it works for you, too!
