I read last night that a muzzle was recommended to be included in a first aid kit. Then, if you baby gets hurt you can muzzle them and tend to them or if they have places they bite and knaw at, a muzzle might be more feazible than the e-collar. When they're hurt they could bite their care giver to protect themselves. The reading also recommended to occasionally muzzle the pup in play time so it wouldn't be scared. Just some ideas I thought I'd pass along. |
