Hi all,
Just got my first puppy, a new yorkie male a week ago (16wks) and he barks a lot early in the morning. i get up and let him out about 6.30 but now he is barking earlier and earlier to be let out and driving the whole house mad with only a few hours sleep..I know yorkies bark a lot but does any1 have any ideas about what to do, have tried to ignore him as long as possible but that just keeps every1 awake.He sleeps in small back room of house and has toys and water.I let him out to larger kitchen area and he stays here happily on his own. How long can a pup be left through the night in a small place. he spends all day with me so maybe he is a little spoilt....is a great pup otherwise, is doing well with housetraining and walking on lead and eating proper food and is generally adorable.......
