When Helen and I contacted the AKC about a breeder it took months. They will not tell you much of anything on their end. It took 7 months before they made a decision against this person. They would never tell us if anything had been done we found it in the minutes for the AKC Secretary in July.
Helen wrote to the AKC again on this same person because they have never gave her breeding information on who dogs that she co-owned with this person were bred too-who resulting puppies on females that she owned were sold to. This person had physical posession of the dogs for showing reasons
and it was hard for her to know what was going on. The AKC stated they would contact the other party in May- she is still waiting for the information.
Keep your chin up they move at a snails pace. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers- I know how difficult this can be for you.
