 My Yorkie's Sclera is a bit red

Hello,
Our Yorkie (3 month old)'s sclera is a bit red all the time, does that mean that he is stressed or not sleeping well? We have to leave it alone at night (when we are sleeping) and daytime (while we are working). any advices would be great
