i think it is normal to have a little lump after shots. the swelling usually goes down in about 3-4 days, dont quote me though. and 4 lbs at 13 weeks doesn't necessarily mean he'll be bigger/smaller than normal. every dog is different and the growth charts doesn't apply to every dog. Buttercup was 1.5lbs when I got him at 11 weeks and now at 7 months he is 3.5lbs.
