I don't have any experience with this, but I thought I bump up your post incase anyone else does. This sounds like a GREAT opportunity. However, if it's true, as your mom pointed out, that he never received a raise he was promised, I hope this isn't a case of being too good to be true. If you are going to be up-rooted across the country, I would want all terms in writing. I would have an attorney check it over also. You don't want to sell your house, end up unemployed in CA with hubby making the same salary he currently is. This is a huge step for your family... I would make sure that they company will follow through with all of their promises. If they do follow through, it's a great offer and I wish you all the best of luck! |
