I'm thinking about buying a pee pad holder. Anyone use these??? Do they work well? Will they still go and use them?

Does anyone use the dog litter box and put the pad in that? Does that work?

Which is better????

I'm having issues with my little Yorkies playing with it and it ends up getting all bunched up and unusable.
