I can not stand it either. We went to walmart the other day and i could hear a dog yipping but never could find it. If I had, I was going to call the cops. Hubby kept telling me to calm down, but he agreed with me. He was worried about my blood pressure. At least it was one of the cooler days though that is not saying much here.
