I was just thinking the same thing last night and today. Whenever it rains my dogs just look up at me at the door and give me the expression - "What you want me to go out there and get wet????" What works for me, and it might not work for everyone, is that I get out the old umbrella and rubber shoes and stand out there with them. It's kind of a pain in the neck sometimes but it gets the job done. Good luck!
