You do what you feel is the right thing (by the way, I agree w/ you).It really does'nt matter what anyone else thinks. Just brace yourself for aggravation, frustration, upset, and anger. I had to sue someone(not over a pet) & it was all those emotions & more. It took 8 months, but in the end it was way worth it. This woman has clearly been treating people & pets w/ total disreguard for a long time if people are already familiar w/ her. She likely has done it for so long because no-one has commited them selves to go through the pain & process of litagation. If you do decide to do it just think of Dixie when the going gets tough.
