Isn't it possible that there is nothing wrong at all and the puppy is perfectly healthy? If she's eating and behaving as normal and she has been dewormed (and you don't see any signs of worms) she may just have a chubby belly. You SHOULD be able to feel her ribs SLIGHTLY (not see them) - that means she is at a healthy weight. If you couldn't feel her ribs at all she would be considered overweight. My Ruthie gets a little pudgy belly after she eats and in general it is much rounder than Oscar's.

If you're concerned, a visit with your vet wouldn't hurt (take a stool sample to be tested as well).
