 They are so human
It is strange how I think of our Sophie a a little child who cant speak. She is so human to me. Since I have quit work and am staying home now I have had more time to spend with her and we have become inseparable.
I have so many health issues with her and the most important one is that when we got her I was afraid to have her neutered because I read in Ann Landers column of a woman who's Yorkie died when she had it neutered.
Well, I got scared and never had this done. Now Sophie is getting infections around her period and they can be really bad. I thought she would die last time. I am always watching her now and that is why it is dificult for me to leave her with anyone. The Vet is hesitant to neuter her now. She is 13.
I guess it's really important to have this done. I never mated her and really never wanted to.
I can see how everyone here is so attached to thier babies. Believe me, I understand.
