Aria was throwing up 3-4 times a week for a few months and would have these big attacks (throwing up 8+ times a day) once a month. Sometimes it was just bile (yellow) sometimes it was her food, sometimes it was white bubbly. We could not figure it out since she was acting completely normal otherwise. We started feeding her smaller portions 3x a day so her tummy wouldn't be empty for too long. We switched her food to a prescription food for sensitive tummies and she did good for about a week and then continued to throw up every 3-4 days. So we then switched her to a hypoallergetic prescription food and took her off all her old treats and chewy bones. We found a treat that didn't have too much protein or stuff that the vet thought would give her a allergic reaction to and she has been great ever since. It's been a month and a half and she hasn't thrown up ONCE! She seems to really love her food for once too. I think it's cause it's not making her tummy upset. That was just our situation but if your baby continues to get sick I would just ask the vet to see if that is a possibility.
Good luck and I hope you guys figure it out soon
