I feel for you. I was cookie mother for my dtr's girl scout troop one time. They sold alot and when I picked them up, you could barely walk thru my living room. Very few mom's picked up their orders. There was a deadline. Some mom's said they were going shopping, eating, you name it, they had an excuse for it. Some asked me to cover the payment for them myself because they were a little short.
One not only didn't have the money, she asked me to deliver the cookies for her cause she wasn't feeling too well. ONLY time I volunteered to be cookie mother. I don't know what people are thinking when they do this crap. You run a daycare as a business. It is your job - it is your income. You depend on it. How hard is it for people to figure that out.
