Dogs throw up for no apparent reason sometimes and it's not always a cause for concern. If your pup is acting normally and isn't throwing up after eating, I think he's probably just fine. Sometimes they get little hairballs (mine get dustbunny balls cause they like to eat those) and in an effort to clear their throat they can make themselves sick. Sounds like your baby just threw up a little bile. If you're concerned, mention it to your vet when you go in and see what they say. I've had dogs all my life though and come to learn that with all the crap you see them putting in their mouths - something is bound to come back up sometime!
