I took her to the vet and found out that it is a very weak form of Pyoderma. Apparantly the shampoo that I am using is too strong for her skin, and is causing it to blister on her belly. The vet said to just use a different shampoo that he prescribed from now on.. our little girl is very high maintenance compared to our pit bull Penny!
