My guy is only 2 lbs but I don't want to keep washing wash clothes. I just use the pads in the belly band. The bands you buy at PetsMart have elastic around the bottom that keeps them in place. I am ordering some online from someone here, they don't have elastic but I am going to give them a try - I am also checking into my mom making some for Tye. She is close, that way if I find I need elastic she can do them for me once she figures it out.
Just me, but I would rather pay for the band and pads than wash the clothes. Tye marks alot and I wouldn't be able to keep up with the washing LOL
