I would be happy if Oscar never lifted his leg! He doesn't mark around the house, but when he uses his pee pads he tends to lift his leg sometimes rather than squat and misses the pad. When we're out for a walk, he ALWAYS squats. If your sister were to have her pup neutered before he starts lifting his leg, there's a change he may never lift it. BTW, I LOVE the name Cookie!!
