I wouldn't let comments like this bother me. I think that because Yorkies have become such a popular breed, and you have all these actors with their "purse puppies" that people just expect them to be really small. I have to admit that there have been times when I saw a bigger than, what the standard says they should be, size yorkie I questioned whether or not it was a Silky...They look so much alike...It's hard to tell if they are a Silky or just a bigger yorkie. I honestly wouldn't let something like this upset me...If you are happy with you little one...who cares what somebody says....Just ignore them...
