That little coat is adorable!!! Unfortunately, they didn't have it in XSmall for Toto. There are other sites that carry the "Everest" Parka Dog Coat ... did a search with Google .... but they are more expensive. I found a really cute little "Faux" Suede with sherpa lining for Toto at www.HunterK9.com ... it was only about $11 and is a perfect fit. It doesn't have a hoodie.
