Ahhhh....the terrible twos! Lucky is also 2 and does the same thing, although she doesn't growl when she goes under the bed. She will remain under there and doesn't want to come out when she's called. I guess that I never considered it anti-social behavior though. I think that dogs have their emotional ups and downs just like people and sometimes they just want to be alone. We used to try to coax her out from under the bed, but now we just let her have her space and she can come out when she is ready. When she emerges, she usually is back to her happy-go-lucky self.
