You need to make sure you are keeping them warm with a hot water bottle or heating pad on low. Puppies are unable to regulate their body temperatures. Never try to feed a chilled puppy, you must warm them first. They should be eating about 1 ml per ounce of body weight every three hours around the clock. If they are too weak to eat then you will have to learn how to tube feed to save them. Your vet can teach you how. Are you feeding Esbilac? How much do they weigh?
