Hi and welcome to YT. I'm sorry your little Bella isn't feeling well. Did the vet check her stools for parasites? They wouldn't show up in blood work, just the stool sample. Both Giardia and Coccidia can make them really sick and lethargic.
If she is not eating well, I would start giving her some Nutrical every few hours to make sure she doesn't go into hypoglycemia as well. I hope it is just a little bug and nothing to worry about.
