We are always talking about ethical breeders, sellers, puppy mills. She sells puppies all over CA, Arizona, Nevada etc. Some one on this board knows I am telling the truth and I hope I can get the first-hand knowledge to win against her in court.

sorry, I can't help mych but don't you have vet bills and papers to back up your claim that you weree indeeed sold a sick puppy.
