O.k. but I don't share this with just anyone...YT people are special though
First cover a plate with bite sized Tostito chips (the little round ones) cover with a mixture of refried beans and beef (or whatever meat you prefer or no meat if you want) top that with nacho cheese, salsa, chopped onions, peppers, black olives, shredded cheese and sour cream...put it all in the microwave til the cheese melts and becomes stringy (about 1 minute) then drizzle a little Ranch dressing over the top. Don't forget your fork...you ain't eatin' these with your fingers! You can also layer these ingredients in a lasange pan and bake them in the oven like a casserole if you want it as a scoopable side dish.
Before we left Florida we invited a few neighbors over for dinner...we had a Nacho bar on the counter and I made Chicken Quesadillas...now that's good eatin!
