first, I want to say that I am no Lawyer, but I believe, that one is entitled to express one's experience with a certain pet store/breeder. Now, what she should have done is say I am sorry for the loss of your dog and if your documents are right then please let me make it up to you.
Personally, I think she is trying to intimidate you.
