No, I don't think so.
Nina has started "object guarding" her food and bones from Alice, which isn't that uncommon. Although she wants desperately to keep those items to herself, she also wants to make sure that Alice isn't offended and, so, offers appeasement behaviors to her. Sort of, "I don't want to fight with you, but leave my stuff alone".
The easiest thing to do is keep them separated at meal times and when one or the other of them has a bone.
