I use Dr. Kay McGuire @ Suburbia North Animal Hospital - 2005 FM 1960
She seems to be knowledgeable in small breed. She doesnt own a yorkie but owns westies, also a chairperson for The West Highland White Terrier Club of America.
Very nice and friendly staffs too. Price is also reasonable.
