If you have an excellent breeder , a healthy pup , I really don't see why you should be feeling guilty .
A backyard breeder or a puppymill is never a good solution . Pay less from them often mean higher cost for vet bills . I have heard too many horror stories about them . Example : This happens to a person I know . He paid $200.00 for a shih tzu puppy , he was so happy . Today is vet bills are up to
$2,000.oo Believe it or not .
