My vet just said no roughhousing with the other Yorkie and no bath for 3 days. He said to watch the incision site for redness and to come back immediately if there was reddness or swelling.
Rexy never acted like anything was wrong at all - he had to stay overnight, so he was wide awake and soooooo glad to see me at 8:00 the next morning. He never tried to bother the stiches at all, although I understand that some do.
It was just so easy - I never expected it to be!
