poor little dogs .what REALLY aggrivates me is when people park at a resturant when it's really busy and there dogs are left out in the car while they go sit their behinds inside a place to hang out and eat for you know will at least be an hour or two !can you say call the police! when i see a animal basically abandoned or stray somewhere i just want to stop and pick them up but hubby wants no part of that at all!
