Sophie has an underbite so you could always see her little bottom teeth sticking out. Well she retained her bottom canine teeth so we had to have them pulled. When they pulled them it loosened one of her permanent canines so now its crooked and sometimes it sticks out over her lip and looks like a bull dog tooth. LOL! Frans Sammi had a bull dog tooth too.
