When I got Rocky, he had one floppy ear. At 12 weeks, we shaved just the top of Rocky's ear and it was standing up by the next day. We used a little bikini area trimmer and it worked great, with little noise, so it didn't scare him! He still chewed it to pieces later, but it worked the first time so we didn't need it again!
