Oreo had the same thing with him.. i thought it was because of teething.. and at first it was.. then both ears went back up.. then i realized both ears went down again.. and it was because his ears got so hairy that they weighed his ears down! lol..
so hopefully it's just hair that's weiging Lily's ears down
