I am sorry for your loss
I just went through this a few weeks ago with my little girl and I can tell you the people here at yt are amazing. My baby was also 9 weeka old and was at the vet for the 6 days I had her. What state did you buy her from? My breeder is refusing me a refund saying its not their fault and has not offered me another pup (not that i would take another one from them).
