i just started working at a vets office so please please dont quote me. but I think it really depends on when the surgery was done. she may be still groggy and in pain.
She also may have had water at the vets.
Sometimes they dont though cuz they might vomit so that might be why she isnt drinking. I would call your vet in the morning just to ask to make sure.
has she ate anything??
