What you are describing is congenital! (on top of the coccidia) You have to make the breeder be responsible for this. #1 her parents need to be tested! #2 They should never be bred to each other again, or likely anyone else and #3 YOU ARE ENTITLED to a refund or a replacement puppy.. personally I would take the refund, and not take my chances with this "puppy producer" I will not call them a breeder, because they obviously are not qualified. Don't let them off the hook on this, if you do, it will only be someone else's heartache next time.

I am HORRIBLY sorry for your loss.

i told her thanks but im a yorkie lover she said she didnt have any yorkie pups now. i dont think i want a puppy atm i want to steralize my home in a major way to make sure the parasite is gone.. anyone know whats the best to use to kill the parasite?.. i have 4 other dogs here to worry about and there anxious to come back inside..
