There are a number of good Breeders here in Michigan. Buying from people that will sell anything for a price on forums usually isn't the way to go. Neither is buying from people that have signs in they yards with the stacks of dogs in a barn on cement.............Yes, there are some really bad breeders that don't answer the phone after you hand the cash over in Michigan and other areas, but are as sweet as sugar at first.
There is a Yorkshire Terrier Club also here, but this week most of the members and contact people are in PA at the National Specialty Show.
If you need a reference for a puppy I'd be glad to help. Do call, I won't bother to help someone that isn't willing to call directly. I've offered to help people here before and they only want info by email, NO THANKS, if you don't have a dollar to call you don't have the funds to properly care for a puppy.
