A roach back would not qualify as an ill pup. Some are over angulated in the hind end so their backs roach up. Some really can straighten out when they want to but pull in and hump over. The hernia was disclosed prior to purchase.
My contract would have stated the pup needed the repair at spay. The pup is pet quality only and this should have been discussed prior to the sale. I hope you find a good pet home for her.
If you really want a breeding quality Yorkie you need to wait and get a pup 6-12 months old. No one can guarantee an eight week old pup will be breedable. Many things can go off between 3 months and a year old. |
