I would call another vet! I would imagine that it is like when a human is ill. She does not feel like eating all that food and her body cannot deal with it.
That is why I would tube feed her something liquid with alot of calories and nutrients until she is well enough to eat.
Do you have a local 24 hr animal hospital you could call and go get a tube and some high calorie formula for her? How about a veterinary hospital at a local college?
I would look in the phone book and start calling. It sounds like she is very ill.
