I just recently took back a pup that had went to her new home. She had jumped off the kitchen counter on a Friday night, by Sunday, she was lifeless, refused food, water and was wheezing. After two long weeks of me force feeding and watering her every hour, she has went from 2 lbs to 2lbs 5 oz, and is running and playing. She was put on a very strong antibiotic. We think she had internal inflammation, because all tests and xrays checked out except her white blood cell count was very very high. Usually a sign of acute inflammation or sepsis. This could be what she is dealing with depending on the injury the little girl caused. Get her to the vet, and start forcing food down her. I used the Science Diet Prescription a/d and just put a bit on the tip of my finger, and smeared it on the roof of her mouth 4 times every hour. It also has a lot of moisture in it, so it keeps them hydrated.
