Yes, it does. Frontline Plus is the ONLY way to go. I would take your baby with you one day, flea bomb your house, have her given a flea bath, and 2 days after her bath (her natural oils need time to return to help the frontline stay on her body) put Frontline Plus on her. Also have your yard treated. Should help the problem, if not solve it. I swear by Frontline Plus. I live on a mountain surrounded by woods and haven't had a single flea problem all summer *knock on wood* haha
