Here is an EXCELLENT site I found about dog separation anxiety. It offers a variety of things you can do to help this. Maybe you should try a combination or ALL of the things they suggest. I really hope you get to keep Royce. He is such a cutie! I would definately continue to let him sleep in bed with you. That is just not fair for him to have to stop sleeping in bed with you after he has been doing so for so long. Plus, since you work during the day, the nighttime is his time to bond with you. You should keep him in bed. Here is the site:
