Just wanted to add to this post..I bought from a bad breeder as well and filed a claim against her. For florida there is a Pet Lemon Law which im sure is in every sate. I went to my states website:
http://www.doacs.state.fl.us/ai/main...mon_main.shtml and it has a lot of good information. I filed a claim against the breeder I bought from and will be taking her to a small claims court. In the pet lemon law (you can read it on this website) it states that you can give back your dog to the breeder within 14 days or something like that, you'll have to read it.
