That is a husband of a wife who has never asked for anything for herself. There's no time like the present.

You need to be saying this to him, not us.

Does he ask your permission to hunt or fish or buy new Rods and reels? If not then why do you need his permission to fulfill your hobby.

Your hobby should at least support itself.

My first husband was like that, it was all about him. He never supported me in anything, including getting an education.

My current husband never says NO to anything I want. But I don't take advantage of that, I am a sensible person. I know what we can afford.

Ask your husband if he wants to be referred to as your "first husband". LOL
